Christopher is founder of Ostseesalzmanufaktur - the first German salt brand being produced from Baltic Sea water. He worked in Commerce and Sound Engineering before he came up with this idea 5 years ago. Since then he's been through several ups and downs with his business all the way to insolvency (and back). On our stage he will tell a story about fighting German bureaucracy, picking the right business partners and never giving up.
