Although it doesn’t sound very intriguing, let’s face it: most of the bigger things that we are going after take some courage. And even though courage sounds heroic and nice, the moment before we take it, we often do not feel heroic at all. Instead, we are nervous, we doubt whether we are able to take the leap, we feel vulnerable. If it is that uncomfortable to be courageous, let’s take at least courage for the things, that we truly want if we listen courageously to ourselves.

I share my perspective supported by a simple model that helps us to identify which voice we should follow, and when it is time to use our energy to step courageously into the ring. I believe that we are here to learn from each other and I am looking forward to a discussion afterwards to hear your thoughts.
