Are your planning to develop and to market an app? You are definitely eager to start your project. But there are some legal aspects you should be aware of right from the beginning: Where do you want to offer your app? Have you checked the specific technical requirements and marketing conditions of the app store? Are you using any third party content in your app (e.g., Google Maps)? If so, are you entitled to do so? Is your app processing any personal data? And have you checked that the name of your app is not infringing any third party rights? These and many more legal aspects will be covered in the session.
