Im betterplace lab erforschen wir das soziale Potenzial digitaler Innovationen – und das seit 5 Jahren selbstorganisiert in sogenannten Kompetenzhierarchien, d. h. ohne klassische Chefin. Das ist nicht nur spannend für unsere Partner, wie Bundesministerien oder große Tech-Unternehmen, die sich daran erst mal gewöhnen mussten. Auch wir haben viel gelernt. In diesem Talk geht es um die Frage, ob und wofür man eine Chef*in brauchen könnte oder wie Führung auch anders gelingt. Zumindest meistens.
