In this workshop you will learn:
- “What is a chatbot?" Different types of this subject from artificial intelligence to textbased chats on your personal smartphone.
- “Why is a chatbot useful in the museum?” Modern mediation as a chance for smaller museums with limited budget and curious visitors.
- “How can you create your own chatbased tourguide?” Practical introduction in the chatbot automation platform of helloguide.

We’re super lucky to have Ines join the festival - but she can only be there on Thursday. So please note that this workshop takes place before the official festival programme begins. Please arrive on site around 3:30. There will be an early check-in available in the entrance hall.
